Sales Executive

Fabulous opportunity to join an expanding telecoms company, where you will be working as part of a retail team, discussing clients requirements both face to face and over the phone.
The Role:
- Welcome customers in to the branch and establish their requirements by asking them questions and assessing their needs
- Advise customers by providing additional information on products or services in branch, by email or by telephone
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and cross sell products and services
- Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
- Maintain a presentable retail work environment and professional space, ensuring that stock is kept locked away where appropriate
- Proven working experience
- Interest in technology and / or telecommunications
- Be presentable at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service driven
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
