An opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established Nationwide Facilities Management company based in the West Midlands.
Previous experience in the Facilities Management industry is not essential, experience in a successful sales role is.
Services being sold include General Building Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical works, Plumbing and also installation and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing accounts.
Achieve business growth and hit personal sales targets.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, whilst also being fully aware of market developments and competitive environment.
Work with the wider team to meet sales targets.
Candidate Specification
Customer focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to listen and articulate effectively.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to communicate and collaborate with the wider sales team.
Resilience with the ability to articulate key decisions precisely and accurately.
Comfortable in policing sales pricing and discounts.
An in-depth technical knowledge, and understanding of the FM industry would be beneficial.
Experience of sales, sales process and or sales operations is
essential.
