Hampson Auctions is one of the UK's fastest-growing auction houses, specialising in classic, performance, and supercars. Founded on decades of family heritage in the motor industry, we're now expanding our sales team as we prepare for our biggest year yet.

We're looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive -- the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.

You must be a self-starter -- ambitious, enthusiastic, money-motivated, and confident both on the telephone and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential sellers to secure cars for upcoming auctions Managing leads, valuations, and vendor relationships Working with our marketing and operations team to ensure smooth consignment Representing the brand at live auction events and previews Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the classic and performance car sector
What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (automotive or related industry preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven A genuine passion for cars and people Professional, reliable, and ambitious attitude
