NLB / Aladdin Products is a friendly, family-run business established in 2002. We design and manufacture innovative British plumbing solutions, including our market-leading EasyFit Isolator and AutoVent range, supplied to customers across the UK and internationally.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our reach. This role combines telesales, customer site visits, and live product demonstrations. It will suit a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and delivering solutions in a technical B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up sales leads through telephone, online, and in-person channels.
- Visit trade counters, plumbing merchants, and contractors to demonstrate products and close deals.
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, from prospecting to after-sales support.
- Work with the team to identify new opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Represent the business at trade events and exhibitions when required.
About You
- Proven track record in B2B product sales.
- Confident communicator with experience in telesales and face-to-face selling.
- Independent, resilient, and target-driven.
- Practical mindset, able to demonstrate and explain technical products.
- Flexible approach to hybrid working, with regular time at our Harlow base.
