Early Years Sales Consultant
Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Office based in Hurstpierpoint (car driver required)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and client focused individual to join our Early Years and Education team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional office-based role, focusing on telephone sales and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your goal will be to build rapport, meet targets, and develop a strong sales portfolio within the early years sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to new and existing clients and establish strong, lasting relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively to identify new opportunities and stay informed on market trends.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent time management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 28,575.00 per year
