Position Overview: Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on selling key components and consumables to Gaming Machine Manufacturers, Amusement Operators and Kiosk Developers across the UK.
As a Sales Executive at E-Service (Europe) Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our comprehensive product range. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technical sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales of Key Products including:
LCD Displays
Bill Validators
Barcode Scanners
Thermal Roll Printers
Flat Bed Slot Ticket Printers
Peripherals and Interface Boards
Sales of Consumables including:
Thermal Paper Rolls
TiTo (Ticket In/Ticket Out) Tickets
Locks and Cabinet Hardware
LED and Cabinet Lighting
Client Engagement:
Conduct UK-wide face-to-face meetings with clients
Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and proposals
Provide quotations, close deals and follow through on order fulfilment
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver client solutions
Reporting & Planning:
Maintain sales records, forecasts and client activity in the company SAP system
Report to Sales Director with regular performance updates
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy planning

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a confident, proactive and self-motivated sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in technical or hardware sales, preferably in Gaming, Amusement, or Kiosk sectors
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A valid UK driving licence (essential)
Competence with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
