Sales Executives
to join our central Bristol team and play a key role in our growth.
What you'll be doing
Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to businesses of all sizes.
Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Building strong relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Driving revenue by working on either the UK or international markets.
Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Who we're looking for
No prior sales experience is required - we provide full training and support. We're looking for people with:
A positive, energetic, and resilient attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The motivation to hit ambitious targets and grow their career.
A background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a degree (all welcome).
What we offer
26,000 - 30,000 base salary (depending on experience).
Uncapped commission - with realistic
60,000+ OTE in year one
