Job Title: Sales Executive

About Cabinets Direct Ltd:

Cabinets Direct Ltd is a fast growing company specialising in the manufacturing of bespoke MFC units for the Kitchen and Bedroom industry. Located at our Clay Lake, Spalding premises, operating in a fast paced business environment.

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Purchasing Team Leader to ensure smooth sales operations. This role involves but not limited to:

- Utilising the sales processing system for sales order processing, quoting, amendments, and general order tasks.

- Providing exceptional customer service to both existing and new customers.

- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

- Collaborating with other departments and managers to streamline processes.

- Coordinating sales efforts with team members and various departments.

- Handling phone calls, addressing queries, and directing them to the relevant manager/department.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced office environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with all departments.

- Outstanding customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Self motivated and capable of working collaboratively in a team.

- Proficient in IT and telecom skills.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

- Knowledge of Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom (KBB) industry is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
