Key Responsibilities: Room Hire & Group Sales
Drive sales of guest rooms and group bookings
Develop packages for long-stay guests, tour groups, and special events
Optimize room hire revenue through dynamic pricing and promotions
Corporate Sales
Identify and acquire new corporate clients (local & national)
Negotiate contracts for business travel, corporate stays, and relocation groups
Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)
Promote and sell meeting spaces, conference rooms, and event packages
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for successful event execution
Attend trade shows and networking events to generate MICE leads
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all segments
Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Opera)
Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development
Proven success in
corporate sales, MICE, or room revenue generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
Strong knowledge of local UK hospitality market
Familiarity with hotel sales systems (e.g., OPERA, Delphi, Salesforce)
Valid UK work authorization and driver's license (if travel is required)
