We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Duties
Identify and target potential clients, such as vape shops, online retailers, or distributors.
Meet or exceed sales targets by pitching products, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Develop strategies to upsell or cross-sell products, including the company's soon-to-be-launched own brand, to existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business.
Discuss customer requirements and advise them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold, ensuring clients select products that meet their needs.
Make follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, or networking.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients.
Quote prices, credit details, delivery dates, and payment arrangements to clients, ensuring clarity and agreement.
Process wholesale orders accurately and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery.
Arrange for delivery and installation of goods.
Monitor stock levels, including products sourced internationally, to avoid overselling or shortages, advising clients on optimal order quantities.
Prepare contracts, invoices, and other sales documentation accurately.
Stay informed about changes in vaping laws to advise clients appropriately.
Maintain records and accounts of sales made.
