Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, Bidding and Tendering, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares. This role requires excellent communication skills in English. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, lead hunting, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimise lead generation efforts. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our offerings and expand your professional network. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, knowledge of Bidding and Tendering process is essential. Preference for someone with knowledge and experience in Security Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar CRM software is required. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Full-Driving Licence (Ideally) On-Site Role
