The Opportunity
As
Sales Executive
you'll play a key role in the growth of our networking events - responsible for driving new businesses to events.
You'll be the first point of contact for businesses and business leaders new to Network My Club, introducing them to our events and helping them see the value of attending.
This is a sales-focused role, working closely with our Sales & Relationship Manager to ensure the events are growing with the right people, who are primed to subsequently join the membership.
Also playing a pivotal role in ensuring our members are meeting more of the right people and right businesses to create opportunity with to improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively drive ticket sales for our networking events through outbound outreach, calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Build rapport with potential guests and identify who our events are a good fit for
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities in our CRM
Track ticket sales performance by event and help ensure attendance targets are met
Collaborate with the events and marketing team to align messaging, outreach campaigns, and follow-up processes
Represent the company positively and professionally at events where needed
What We're Looking For From You
Experience in sales or outbound customer-facing roles (bonus if in events or professional services)
A confident communicator on phone, email, and LinkedIn
Ability to build relationships quickly and communicate with clarity and warmth
Comfortable working to and exceeding sales targets
Highly organised, self-motivated, and reliable when managing multiple conversations and follow-ups
Curiosity-led - keen to understand what makes people tick and match them to the right opportunities
A passion for business, events, and being a connector of people
