We're on the lookout for an experienced sales executive, to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. You'll help customers navigate our services, showcasing how Wiser can take care of all their WEEE electronic waste needs, whilst promoting our company ethos and values.
You'll be forward-thinking, adaptable, agile and confident, with a strong track record of managing a sales pipeline, generating quotes, converting wins, ensuring the customer journey is seamless from beginning to end. You'll work closely with the site's operations team to highlight opportunities, understand capacities, communicate updates and manage customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you'll be driven, focused, committed and up for the challenge of helping us to put Wiser Recycling on the map in the North of the UK.
Responsibilities
Give customers friendly, open and honest information so they feel supported and well informed.
Look for ways to improve our sales systems and identify new opportunities.
Carry out prospecting activities, generate leads and follow them up with energy and professionalism.
Provide accurate quotations quickly so customers have everything they need to decide with confidence.
Keep your sales records organised and up to date in our sales portal.
Work closely with customers so they see Wiser as a reliable, responsive and easy company to deal with.
Build strong relationships with organisations that are likely to need our services, working towards securing long term partnerships.
Get to know our operational sites and the legislation we work within so you can talk to customers with confidence.
Understand what our equipment, products and services can do and how they help customers in real terms.
Help create clear and consistent sales documents and processes.
Follow the environment and quality procedures linked to your role and help us keep our standards high.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks that support the wider business.
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
3 years of relevant experience in a sales or commercial environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
Good planning skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desired
Experience working within waste management and manufacturing industries.
Previous experience managing customer accounts or handling repeat business relationships.

From 35,00 dependant on experience
