Air Conditioning Sales Executive - London/Kent Area

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established HVAC company seeking a

Sales Executive

with strong air conditioning and ventilation experience. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and business development.

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys for new project enquiries Prepare and issue accurate quotations Manage all client communications professionally via phone and email Follow up on quotations to secure new business Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding lead times, pricing, and specifications Keep detailed records of enquiries, quotes, and conversions Develop and nurture client relationships (new and existing) Stay informed on the latest HVAC products and solutions

Requirements

Full, valid UK driving licence At least 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry Strong sales and quoting abilities Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident with CRM systems and basic marketing tools Self-driven, well-presented, and client-focused

Package & Benefits

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 basic (depending on experience and pipeline)

Commission:

Up to 90,000 OTE

Location:

Office-based and mobile within the London/Kent area

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (flexibility may be required)
