Our Telesales Consultants are based in Tunbridge Wells, so we are looking for individuals who are happy to work within a vibrant and busy office. We will provide you with the tools and equipment to enable you to do your job. This role needs someone who can single-mindedly focus on closing new deals, bringing new outstanding features at the best value to our customers. Day to day Calling and introducing our services to new customers with the view to selling our products in a consultative and engaging way.

Approved Business has become a one stop shop for all digital marketing campaigns and includes the following services:

Driving traffic through the Approved Business directory SEO (Search engine optimisation) Google AdWords Website development / hosting Social media management IP reverse lookup software Email campaigns Video production

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify potential clients through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
