What we are looking for

We are looking for two Sales Executives for our Ipswich branches - Volvo and Mazda.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm Develop strong product knowledge across our range of vehicles (new and used) Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience (automotive sales is essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to succeed Full UK driving licence Self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient

Salary:

Competitive salary plus commission and dealership related bonus with an OTE of 50k+, commission is un-capped.
