Role Overview



This is a

hands-on junior sales role

for someone who is sharp, self-motivated, and driven to win.

You will work directly with the UK Sole Representative to:

Find and engage leads Run outbound sales motions Progress deals using the

MEDDICC

qualification framework
You are not managing anyone. Your job is to execute relentlessly and grow pipeline traction for Seamfix in the UK and other international markets.

What You Will Do



Prospect new leads via LinkedIn, cold email, phone calls, event networking, etc. Qualify inbound leads quickly and accurately using MEDDICC Book and manage meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Operations, etc.) Send follow-ups, proposals, and call summaries as directed Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) to reflect deal stages and activity Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach materials, emails, and decks Support deal progression and learn from live sales conversations

Skills & Experience Required



1-2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, customer success, or business development (internship or full-time) Clear written and verbal communication Good with research, tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and Google Docs Familiarity with

MEDDICC

or other sales qualification frameworks is a bonus - but willingness to learn is more important Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 24,600.00-36,000.00 per year
