We are looking for someone with excellent customer experience / care and great sales experience to join our team.
The successful person will be paid a basic salary and have the ability of selling park homes with an uncapped commission structure.
With over 50 homes to sell on this brand-new development, now is the time to make that move and come and join us.

Selling off plan where customers can design their own home
Opportunity to sell show homes
Daily responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
Creating appointments via the companies own lead generation platforms
Attending Open Weekends each month and promoting these.
Attending pre booked appointments with potential buying customers.
Sales progression
Excellent customer service throughout each process
Looking after all sales on the park
Liaising with customers, through their journey when buying a home.
We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground and start selling.
Must have the following -
Outstanding customer service
Excellent Microsoft word and excel knowledge
Smart Appearance
A can-do attitude
Clean driving licence
Desirable -
Knowledge of working a CRM (training will be provided)
