Sales Executive

at Central Profiles.

We're looking for a confident, proactive, and driven Sales Executive to join our team here at Central Profiles.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a sheet metal industry experience and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm (3:30pm Finish on Friday)

Salary - Based on Experience

On-Site Position - Central Profiles in Kidderminster (Site visits to potential leads)

Central Profiles is a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in the industry.

We specialise in laser cutting, bending, welding, tube cutting and powder-coating. Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience in a similar or the same industry to help effectively showcase the work we do and generate more leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to identify and engage new customers Conduct site visits to potential clients Keep an open calendar for transparency, visible to the sales team Learn to operate Lantek software as part of your onboarding Work closely with our team to develop ideas to generate new leads and grow our customer base

What We're Looking For:

A confident communicator who's comfortable picking up the phone Someone open to feedback and always striving to improve Previous experience in our industry is essential - existing contacts are a big plus A self-starter who brings energy, ideas, and initiative to the role
