An Exciting Time to Join Duckworth Jaguar Land Rover

We are looking to grow our specialised Duckworth Jaguar Land Rover sales team with another hard-working member for our Boston site, Lincolnshire, in our state-of-the-art JLR Arch Concept site. Despite this fabulous facility we are a family-owned business and extend a warm and friendly atmosphere to both staff and customers alike.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in sales and the automotive industry with a proven sales record and are able to absorb and maintain thorough product knowledge through JLR led training.

To be well suited to our team, you must also possess excellent customer service and team skills and be adept at working to targets and deadlines.

Duties Include

Deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Manage relationships with new and existing customers. Recognise, negotiate, and close sales. Maximise sales opportunities through finance & add-ons.
