Role Overview
As a Salesperson at Brooklands Motors, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a first-class buying experience. You'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with their vehicle needs.
Provide expert advice on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
Organize and lead test drives.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing customers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Keep detailed records u
Stay informed about inventory and new arrivals.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive or retail sales preferred.
Confident, approachable, and professional manner.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
