Job Description

The Closing Team member is responsible for maximising survey to order conversion through effective conversation by delivering customer excellence. Driving meaningful interactions with customers and our Franchise Partner network to increase opportunities, ensuring the right door type is offered to the customer based on their needs. Acting as a source for effective solutions to the customer demands and needs.

The Closing Team is both an inbound and outbound telephone based role, speaking to customers who have had a survey and formalised quote for a new Garolla electric roller door but not yet placed their order. Your role is to support and overcome the customer requirements/ objections to successful order placement through your broad questioning skills and negotiation techniques.

As a Closing Team colleague, you will strive for delivering sales excellence through your professional and customer centric approach, demonstrating your ability to communicate with intent and purpose to support your objectives.

The successful applicant will be expected to;



Deliver proactive, excellent service to prospective customers and follow up with well written communications as required.

Utilise effective sales skills, methodologies and experience to achieve company and partner targets.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed each day.

Keep abreast of product, service and market trends within the company and wider industry.

Analyse performance of self and company, identifying and taking action as appropriate to deliver growth.

Build strong relationships across all Garolla functions and with our valued partner network, collaborating to ensure customer success.

Be Customer Centric.

Adhere to all Garolla processes, policies and procedures.

Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Essential



2 years previous sales or customer service experience required.

Desirable



Previous experience within a Contact Centre environment completing inbound and outbound calls.

Preferred



Previous experience within B2C

Previous experience within a Franchise

Proficient in Microsoft products.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
