The Role:



We are seeking a talented

Sales Executive

with proven experience in selling high-ticket goods or services, particularly those requiring financing options. This is a unique sales role where you will act as the first point of contact for clients, bridging the gap between our dental specialists and clients' treatment plans. You will guide patients through their journeys, offer tailored solutions, and encourage additional treatments and product sales.

What You'll Be Doing:



Engaging with clients to build trust and rapport. Recommending treatments and products, explaining benefits, and offering finance options to make high-ticket procedures accessible. Managing treatment plans, ensuring smooth progression, and securing additional sales. Representing Yorkshire Dental Suite's premium brand, delivering a top-tier customer experience.

30,000 base with uncapped commission potential (OTE 80,000+).

Sales Expertise:

Sales experience with high-ticket goods, ideally including products or services sold via financing options.

Relationship Builder:

Confidence to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, putting them at ease and earning trust.

Soft Selling Skills:

A consultative approach, guiding customers through recommendations without hard selling.

Attention to Detail:

Polished presentation and a client-focused mindset.
