Sales Executive

to help more patients begin their smile journey with us.

Your role:

Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations and treatments Build rapport with potential patients through calls, emails, and in-person interactions Confidently discuss treatment plans, pricing, and finance options Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to optimise the patient journey

You'll need:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, luxury, or service sectors A natural people person - confident, empathetic, and driven Strong communication and persuasion skills A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
