We are seeking a proactive and driven
Sales Executive
to manage the full property sales process from initial enquiry through to sale agreed. In this fast-paced, performance-focused environment, you will use your negotiation skills, market insight, and strong client service approach to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional results. A key part of the role is accurate and efficient administration, particularly throughout the reservation process. You will ensure every client receives an unrivalled Monroe experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage buyer and seller enquiries, viewings, offers, and negotiations.
Use Monroe's CRM with accuracy, ensuring all applicant and client information is recorded correctly.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices to raise the profile of the Land & New Homes department.
Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities while delivering clear, confident communication.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management across all tasks.
Build strong, regular relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers through consistent updates and strategic advice.
Support forward-thinking marketing initiatives, contributing ideas for social media, SEO, and local strategy.
Track sales through to completion, working closely with the progression team.
Targets & Deliverables
Achieve
30,000 in sales agreed per month
.
Consistently deliver excellent customer satisfaction, measured through client reviews.
Maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.
Sell 5 properties per month.
Generate consistent solicitor and mortgage referrals.
