Due Diligence Checking Ltd (DDC) is a pre-employment screening services provider, focusing on delivering real value to our clients in a secure, professional and reliable manner. The business has been operating since 2002 and has an excellent market position, after a sustained period of consistent growth. This includes an expansion of services, which are now becoming mature and ready for an iterative mass delivery to market. We are looking to increase our rate of growth with specialist skills in the sales and marketing function of the business. With recent additions to the marketing and lead generation teams, the business needs a motivated and capable new business
Sales Executive
who is ready to build a pipeline and deliver on leads.
DDC have many unique selling points within the market and believe that the right person can hit and exceed revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 3 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Have experience in HR, compliance or legal industry, or have transferrable skills from another professional services industry
Have a good understanding of compliance driven requirements, or a desire to develop this core business function
Be able to demonstrate a track record for sales growth and hitting revenue targets
Be self-motivated
Have excellent written communication skills and a professional writing style
Have a professional selling manner
Possess excellent time management ability
Be a superb communicator at all levels within a business
Uphold the core values of the company
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
The role's aim is to achieve revenue targets through:
New business generation via phone, email and meeting with potential clients
Use and engage with CRM system (Pipedrive)
Produce and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations
Close and convert sales opportunities and proposals
Finding tender opportunities through existing and new portals or procurement engines
Review, complete and submit public and private tenders that meet the business capabilities and qualifying criteria
Alignment of marketing activities throughout the sales team
Feedback to the team on ways to improve new lead generation through various marketing channels
Utilise existing client base to generate greater income
Attend external client sales meetings, presentations and demonstration of services both online and face-to-face
Contract negotiations (assisted by the Sales Director)
What we can offer:
OTE
: 42,000 - 45,000+
Base salary: 32,000 - 35,000 p.a. DOE
Plus, additional commission based on % of revenue over target
