We are looking to recruit an office-based Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries, generate estimates/invoices, enhance sales and assist our marketing department. FASTSIGNS Kingston creates custom signs and graphics for businesses of all sizes; due to the bespoke nature of our products, we require someone with the ability to understand metric and imperial measurements, and who can also provide outstanding customer service and has the ability to prioritise tasks and good interpersonal sales skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering enquires via telephone, email, website forms and face to face walk ins
Creating and following up estimates
Organising, and occasionally attending, site visits
Liaising with departments to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
Ordering materials
Managing customers expectations by keeping them updated on their order progress
Working with the Marketing department to assist with social media posting and blog writing
Identify target customers using proven company research techniques
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail and email
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, email activity and social media
Conduct post- completion follow-ups with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their order
Using your developed signage knowledge to advise customers on the best solution for their needs
Carrying out administrative work
Prepare sales reports for weekly and monthly sales meetings
