Sales Executive

to help drive the success of our BYD dealership in Leicester.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming customers into the dealership and delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable BYD vehicles, products, and finance options. Demonstrating electric vehicle features, benefits, and technology in a confident, customer-focused manner. Managing the full sales process, enquiry, test drive, negotiation, handover, and follow-up. Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA, regulatory, and company standards. Building lasting relationships to support repeat business and referral customers. Working closely with marketing, service, and management teams to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in explaining electric vehicle technology, full training provided. A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to work towards KPIs and manage multiple customer enquiries effectively. Full UK driving licence.
