We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective B2B sales strategies, telemarketing efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales is essential, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is required.
Strong command of English is necessary; proficiency in Spanish would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
