You'll work closely with our senior team to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop your skills in business development. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to take the next step in their sales career and progress into a management position.

What you'll be doing:

Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs Supporting business growth by generating and following up on leads Developing strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service Working towards individual and team sales targets with full training and support Learning the business development process from start to finish

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of sales experience (telesales, or B2B ) A positive, motivated attitude and a willingness to learn Excellent communication and people skills A strong drive to succeed and progress into a management role A Driving License with less than 6 points
