Job Overview




We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive our sales strategy and foster a culture of success. This role will involve overseeing the sales progression process, ensuring alignment with company goals, and implementing best practices to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.




You will be assisting with the day-to-day Sales of a wide-ranging portfolio of Shared Ownership. Consulting with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service and a high volume of new build sales.




The successful candidate will need to be flexible, confident, and approachable, capable of adapting their approach to achieve a comprehensive sales service and meet deadlines.




Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities



Act as the first point of contact for customers at all stages of enquiry, reservation, under contract to completion of the sale, for our stock plots. Ensure incentives are recorded and any flooring ordered for any stock plots. Manage calls and correspondence effectively with third party agents, estate agents and housebuilders, including obtaining documentation from them where required. Maintain and keep internal and external CRMs updated and keep accurate live sales and marketing notes. Any other general administrative duties required. Provide excellent customer service and support in line with the company's mission. Provide support to the National Head of Sales and Director of Sales and undertaking other duties as required. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly

Person Specification Capabilities and Experience




The candidate will have:

Minimum of 1-years' experience of property sales within the shared ownership sector Enthusiastic, organised, and systematic with an excellent work ethic Caring and Patient with good critical thinking skills and excellent customer service Able to work under your own initiative and work under pressure to achieve tight timescales. Proven experience of achieving sales completion targets and leading a team within a residential environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex information effectively. Strong influencing and networking skills, with proven ability to work with others to achieve results. Demonstrated commitment to change and continuous improvement. Ability to develop innovative ways to improve service delivery in area of responsibility. Sound numeracy, analytical and project management skills. Able to perform in a challenging environment whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach.

Benefits



Hours of work:

Full-time 39 hours per week with the ability to work up to 60 days a year home working. In this role, we expect there to be a degree of travel and flexibility, with some evening and weekend working, as necessary.




Holiday:

25 days a year plus English Bank Holidays
