- Proven experience as a sales and or Marketing success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
