We're looking for a confident and self-driven Sales Executive with experience in construction, glazing, or high-end interiors to help grow our client base.
You will:
Find and build relationships with architects, developers, builders, and private clients
Pitch and promote our glazing services confidently
Communicate with clients from first enquiry to project handover
Be responsible for your own pipeline and sales targets
Earn 10-15% commission on every job sold -- no cap
This is an opportunity to earn significantly above average through high-value deals, with full support from our in-house technical and design teams.
What You'll Need
Previous experience in sales (ideally construction/glazing/windows/architecture)
Ability to source and secure your own leads
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Motivation to hit targets and earn high commissions
Professionalism and independence - you'll be trusted to manage your time
Understanding of glazing systems is a bonus (training can be provided)
UK driving licence preferred
Earnings Example
20,000 project = 2,000-3,000 commission
100,000 project = 10,000-15,000 commission
1,000,000 project = 100,000-150,000 commission
No cap, no limits. The more you sell, the more you earn.
