Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.

Duties



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication. Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential. Strong sales skills with a track record of successful lead generation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about sales opportunities.
