We're currently recruiting a dedicated

Conference and Events

Sales Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking Proactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets. Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information. Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set. Work with event planners effectively in order to provide a seamless handover for final event details Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities. Network with internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal Sales Executive will:

Excellent written ability Strong communication skills Strong organisation skills An ability to sell a product / package. Ability to deal with a wide range of people Confidence Good attention to detail Previous experience within the Hospitality Sector Knowledge of Delphi booking system (but not essential)
