We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients in store. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, alongside with strong social media and digital marketing skills. Background in luxury/ fashion retail is required.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and set appointments for sales presentations.
Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market prices, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven background within the luxury retail sector is essential.
Proven background with high-end clientele.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer management.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong communication skills with international and multicultural clients.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
Professional references will be required as part of the selection process.
