as a starting point.

Key Responsibilities...

As a Sales Executive, you will be on the front line, dealing with clients and venues for major race meetings around the world. Your main goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed, profitable bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Client Management & Communication

Act as a professional representative of Racing Breaks, providing

exceptional customer service

to all clients at all times.

Handle client-generated enquiries

efficiently via telephone, email, and the website. Maintain

strong and effective communication

with both clients and venue partners while quoting and confirming bookings.

Accurately price quote

and manage bookings for race meetings around the world.

Collect customer feedback

during and after events to help improve the customer experience.

Attend racing events

to help look after clients and build relationships.

Sales & Business Development

Fulfill the duties of a Sales Team member with enthusiasm and diligence. Work closely with the Product team to ensure

sales and margin targets are met

. Proactively

create your own client database

, though the majority of leads will be generated for you.


You will be selling packages to all major UK and Ireland racecourses including

Cheltenham, Aintree, Punchestown, Newmarket, Leopardstown, Chester, Epsom, The Curragh, Ascot, Goodwood and York

. You will also manage international packages to destinations like

Meydan in Dubai, Longchamp, Chantilly, Keeneland, Santa Anita, Kentucky, and Melbourne
