Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. Fluency in English, along with experience in B2B sales and telemarketing.

Duties

Identify and generate new sales leads through proactive outreach, including telemarketing and networking. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and upselling opportunities. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Prepare customised proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions. Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and cold calling strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
