Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximise sales potential
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and appointments
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales performance
Experience
Proven track record in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM management and lead generation techniques
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate successfully with clients
Previous experience working within a target-driven environment is preferred
