Duties



Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and market research Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in both English and Spanish, presenting product offerings and negotiating terms Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations for potential clients Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback for ongoing analysis

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related roles Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets Familiarity with CRM management tools and sales automation processes Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
