What You'll Do

Handle outbound calls to prospective business clients, discussing their current gas/electricity needs and advising on solutions. Generate qualified leads, build your own pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Oversee the entire sales process: from initial outreach and objection handling to closing and aftercare. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and actively manage callbacks and follow-ups. Work towards and exceed sales targets as a valued member of a motivated, results-driven office team.
Who You Are

Experienced in B2B sales, ideally in the business energy market. Confident, articulate, and naturally persuasive over the phone. Thrive in a supportive setting with no pushy managers--just encouragement for self-starters and go-getters. Driven to hit and exceed targets, with a positive and resilient attitude in a high-paced environment. Ready to build lasting client relationships and be part of a winning team.
