Sales Executive - Appliances (Retail & Trade)

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our appliance showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers choose the right products, building strong relationships with trade clients, and delivering an excellent showroom experience.

This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed basic salary

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting retail and trade customers in selecting appliances that best suit their needs Providing knowledgeable advice on a wide range of domestic appliances, including features, specifications, and benefits Building and maintaining long-term relationships with trade customers, installers, and repeat clients Following up on enquiries, quotes, and leads to maximise sales opportunities Preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating delivery and installation details Maintaining accurate customer records using Salesforce and other CRM systems Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey Contributing to individual and team sales targets in a busy showroom environment Representing the business professionally at supplier events, promotions, or trade open days
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in appliance sales, retail sales, or trade sales (product knowledge is a strong advantage) Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; Spanish is a plus Confidence using CRM systems such as Shopify, or willingness to learn A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customers and enquiries simultaneously Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
