As a Sales Executive, your primary role will involve building and nurturing customer relationships right from the first interaction. You will showcase outstanding customer service skills and possess the knack for identifying solutions that align perfectly with our clients' requirements.
Key Responsibilities
:
Responding promptly to daily leads from new enquiries via telephone and email, utilizing our internal CRM systems.
Generating tailored proposals and driving negotiations to successful closure.
Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, with a keen eye for upselling opportunities.
Negotiating sales terms and agreements to ensure a win-win for both the customer and our company.
Providing accurate and detailed quotations to potential clients.
Maintaining comprehensive records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
Managing and optimizing potential lead generations.
Addressing customer queries and overcoming objections to facilitate purchase decisions.
Requirements
:
Proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends when required.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
