Sales Executive - 151 Dental

30,000 base + Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE: 50-60k

Sales Executive

to join our elite team and we need someone who knows how to connect, convert, and close.

This is

not

a passive front-desk position. This is a

high-impact, patient conversion role

where you'll speak to warm, high-intent leads looking to invest in their smile. Your role is to guide them from first enquiry to consultation, building trust, overcoming objections, and confidently leading them to a "yes."

What you'll do:

Convert inbound leads,

online, phone, and in-person enquiries into booked consultations.

Take ownership of the patient journey

, from first contact to pre-consultation support. Use subtle sales psychology to

handle objections and influence decision-making

.

Reactivate old leads and no-shows

through proactive follow-ups and compelling conversations. Be the smiling, sharp, and

sales-focused face of 151 Dental

at the front desk and over the phone.

Track conversations and outcomes

using our CRM and support tools.

What we're looking for:

Background in

sales, telesales, hospitality, or front-of-house with conversion responsibilities

. You're

goal-oriented

and genuinely motivated by hitting (and smashing) targets. You know how to

make people feel heard,

then lead them to a confident decision. Cool under pressure, sharp in conversation, and obsessed with making the right impression. Experience in dentistry, aesthetics, or private healthcare is a

bonus not essential

.

30,000 basic salary + lucrative uncapped commission
