Are you an experienced car sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-focused Car Sales Executive to join our expanding dealership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
Present and demonstrate a range of vehicles, including their features, benefits, and options.
Achieve monthly sales targets for both vehicles and add-on products (warranty, finance, insurance, etc.).
Generate leads through proactive follow-ups, referrals, and showroom activity.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism throughout the customer journey.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in line with FCA regulations.
Collaborate with the team to keep the forecourt and display areas presentable and up to date.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in car sales is essential (minimum 1 year preferred).
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
Full UK driving licence.
