We are seeking a candidate to handle the sales of legal services, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our legal team.

Responsibilities



Actively attract clients through warm calls, explaining the benefits of our services. Proficiency in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to foster trust and long-term engagement. Promptly respond to client inquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels; Conduct initial assessment with potential clients. Oversee the entire sales process, meeting targets and enhancing case efficiency. Develop and implement new sales strategies to attract clients and improve conversion rates. Keep abreast of services knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.

Skills



Proven experience as a Sales Executive within legal services. Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer inquiries over the phone. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey the firm's value proposition and address client inquiries effectively. Ability to manage multiple client accounts, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction. Passion of Client engagement. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Aptitude for discussing terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and firm profitability. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and online communication. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Becholder degree in Law is preferred but not necessary
