Day to Day

Initiate conversations with prospective customers over the phone, practicing effective questioning techniques to engage prospects Confidently handle objections and negotiate to achieve a positive outcome for both the customer and the business Providing quotes, effectively closing deals and entering order details into our user-friendly system Focused on providing an unrivalled customer experience addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly to drive repeat business

What will you bring?

Previous experience within a sales role would be advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate Comfortable working to targets - it doesn't matter that you haven't sold our products before, most people haven't, drive for success is what matters! Competitive - we want there to be friendly competition across our sales teams to push each other to be better, the regular incentives help too! Resilient and a team player Ability to pick up new computer systems
