We're growing fast and looking for a confident, driven Hair Transplant Sales Consultant to join our Manchester team. If you're great with people, natural at building trust, and comfortable guiding clients through life-changing decisions, this role is for you.

About the Role

You'll be the key point of contact for new and existing clients -- carrying them from initial inquiry to booking their procedure. Your job is to educate, advise, and close, all while keeping the customer experience warm, honest, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-clinic and video consultations with potential patients Assess client photos, explain treatment options, and build personalised plans Present prices, package details, and finance options with confidence Follow up hot and warm leads efficiently to maximise conversions Maintain strong rapport and trust with every patient Handle objections with empathy and clear communication Work closely with the patient coordinator and operations team Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date
Requirements

Experience in sales or consultative selling (aesthetics or medical preferred) Strong communication and rapport-building skills Confident presenting medical procedures in a clear, honest way Organised, proactive, and results-driven Comfortable following a proven sales process and hitting targets Ability to adapt tone for different personality types Professional appearance and positive energy

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
