The Executive is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling new and used vehicles primarily in the Showroom, maximising all opportunities with an ability to sell over 15 units per month, with products and F&I.

Salary & benefits

Basic Salary National Living Wage

Excellent Commission Structure giving OTE 50,000 - 60,000

Working hours rota between the hours of:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm

You will have eight days off per month*

The role

Primarily showroom sales but in addition working with the online department.

Vauxhall New Car Sales - including EV / Hybrid Vauxhall & Other Brand Used Car Sales
You'll be responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling new and used vehicles, maximising all opportunities and with an ability to sell over 15 units per month, with products and F&I.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience of successfully selling new and used vehicles Be able to prospect and sell in a team-oriented environment Be confident and competent in selling electric and hybrid vehicles Ability to sell products and service plans Be able to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers Confidence, drive, energy and hard work ethic A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed IT proficient Motability accredited preferable Have a valid UK driving licence
