epyx ltd, specialise in eCommerce solutions for the automotive sector. We're a member of the Corpay^ Group, a global pioneer in developing new technology to help the fleet industry boost productivity and profitability.
Our innovative 1Link platform empowers our fleet customers to supercharge business growth, by helping them manage vehicle procurement and hire, maintenance, as well as end-of-life vehicle disposal and relicensing. The solution has been adopted by all major leasing companies and with a network of over 18,000 franchise garages processing over 4 million transactions a year.
What you'll be doing:
We are now looking to add a Sales Executive on a full-time, permanent basis! This role will report into the Sales Team Leader and you'll be making a variety of calls including some inbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you'll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels through:Delivering high quality calls and written communications with customers to required standards Accurately recording all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (Salesforce) Maximise conversion rates of data and leads within KPIs and SLAs Work collaboratively across all sites and business areas to help foster a supportive team culture Understand all KPIs, prioritise and achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations

This role will be based on-site at our Meriden office and our core working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
What we're looking for:
Ideally, as a Sales Executive, you will have some customer facing experience and a passion for sales, you will be a confident communicator, especially over the phone. We're looking for tenacious, confident and proactive individuals who are looking to kick-start their sales career!
